If you have a maintenance problem with your home first refer to the portion of your lease that describes the process of dealing with maintenance. Some responsibilities fall on the management company and some on the resident. Please reacquaint yourself with who is responsible for what. If you need a vendor to help you with an issue that is your responsibility we may be able to refer you to a vendor we use. However, you would be responsible for payment of services.
