If you are a resident of a rental property managed by North Atlanta Realty, Inc. the link below is to the maintenance service request form. If you have a maintenance problem with your home first refer to the portion of your lease that describes the process of dealing with maintenance. Some responsibilities fall on the management company and some on the resident. Please reaquaint yourself with who is responsible for what.

If you need a vendor to help you with an issue that is your responsibility we may be able to refer you to a vendor we use. However, you would be responsible for payment of services.

Please don’t call and leave a message regarding maintenance. For tracking purposes and for legal reasons we must have a written service request. If you have an emergency situation - broken water pipe, for instance - do what you can to mitigate the damage: shut off the water and remove as much water as possible, then call your property manager or send them an email:
